Application of Dioctylinate Phosphate_Industrial Additive

Overview[1]

Dioctyl phosphate is also known as dioctyl phenyl phosphate. Dioctyl phosphate is often used as a plasticizer for PVC.

Additives for PVC packaging materials

Step 1: Weigh 100 parts of PVC, 0.1 part of vinyl chloride, 10 parts of POM, 2 parts of titanium dioxide, 1 part of tribasic lead sulfate, 2 parts of dibasic lead phosphite, and lubricating oil according to the mass proportions. 4 parts, 1 part zinc oxide, 2 parts sorbitol monopalmitate, 1 part PDOP, 2 parts POP, 10 parts tin dibutyl mercaptide, 0.5 parts dioctyl benzene phosphate, 0.3 parts silver antibacterial masterbatch , Phthalocyanine blue 0.002 parts.

Step 2: Put the PVC into the high-speed kneader, raise the temperature to 95°C, add the remaining raw materials, raise the temperature to 110°C, knead at a speed of 800r/min, and knead for 15 minutes.

The third step: the kneaded material is moulded with two rollers, the temperature of the front roller is 170°C, the rotation speed is 16r/min, the rear roller is 160°C, the rotation speed is 26r/min, the kneading material is mixed for 15min, and the flat vulcanizer is pressed at the temperature of 180℃, pressure 25MPa, time 10min, cool and curl after calendering to obtain PVC packaging material with a thickness of 0.5mm.

The preparation method is simple, saving manpower and material resources. The longitudinal tensile strength is 9MPa, the transverse tensile strength is 8MPa, the longitudinal elongation is 88%, and the transverse elongation is 75%; the combustion is self-extinguishing, the melting time is 105s, and the breakdown voltage 11.4kV/mm, tear strength 108MPa, notched impact strength 5.3kJ/m2; bending strength 30MPa, cloth chemical hardness 22, wide source of raw materials, low cost, tensile strength loss of 0.015% after natural light aging for 12 months; can be used in It is widely used in various extreme environments. After two months of heat aging at 100°C, the tensile strength loss is 0.12%. After 40kGy measured gamma ray irradiation, the gel rate is 75%. It can be widely produced and continuously replace existing packaging materials.
