Amine catalyst A33 product application:
The active ingredient of Guangsiyuan A33 is triethylenediamine, a solution prepared from 33% triethylenediamine and 67% dipropylene glycol.
Guangsiyuan A33 is mainly used as a gel catalyst for polyurethane foams and is widely used in soft, semi-rigid and rigid polyurethane foams, coatings and elastomers. In the polyurethane foaming system, isocyanate first reacts with triethylenediamine to form an active complex. The properties of the complex are very unstable. Once the urethane bond is formed, it will be freed, which is conducive to further catalysis. Triethylenediamine has a strong catalytic effect on gel reactions and foaming reactions, and is especially more selective for polyurethane and hydroxyl groups.
Amine catalyst A33 is suitable for all types of polyurethane foam manufacturing. It is completely soluble in water and completely miscible with polyols, fluorocarbons and stannous catalysts. In all foam formulations, triple amine catalyst A33 can replace one time of solid triethylenediamine, for example, 0.3php amine catalyst A33 can replace 0.1php solid triethylenediamine.
Amine catalyst A33 is used in polyurethane soft foam, polyurethane hard foam, large sponge foam, high rebound sponge, high rebound car seat, spray hard foam, imitation wood hard foam, It is widely used in polyurethane composite materials, waterproof coatings, and polyurethane adhesives.
