Five factors affecting slow rebound effect

One of the factors affecting the slow rebound effect: NCO index

Illustrations of five factors affecting the slow rebound effect

The impact of NCO index on slow rebound:

Low: soft, slow recovery speed, air blowing can be seen, and the openings and cells are rough.

High: hard, fast recovery speed, no air blowing, closed cells to shrinkage, fine cells.

(For Y-1030, the effect of TDI index; when index is 86; SRT is 1.8. 65%, ILD is 0.6, elongation is about 180, tensile strength is about 0.9, tear strength is about 0.4, when index is 89 ; SRT is 1.5, 65% ILD is 0.5, elongation is about; 180, tensile strength is about 1.0, tear strength is about 0.5. When index is 95; SRT is 0.6, 65% ILD is 10.5. Elongation is about 155 , tensile strength is about 1.2, tear strength is about 0.6.)

One of the factors affecting the slow rebound effect: the influence of water

Water level

Low: high density, soft, closed cells to shrinkage, fine cell structure.

High: low density, hard, open cells, rough cell structure.

Low: slow recovery, no air blowing, closed hole to contraction.

High: Fast recovery, air blowing, openings, and rough cells can be seen.

One of the factors affecting the slow rebound effect: the influence of the number of copies of Y-1030

The effect of Y-1030 parts on hardness (ILD) and rebound time (SRT):

When the Y-1030 ratio is from 40 to 50%, the 65% ILD is approximately from 12 to 22. SRT is about 0.75~1.1, or so. At 55%; 65% ILD is 35 and SRT is 1.1. Y-1030 at 60%; 65% ILD is about 55, SRT is 3.

When the Y-1030 ratio is 40%; elongation is about 165%, tensile strength: 1.4kg/cm2, tear strength: 0.8kg/cm. When the ratio is 50%; elongation is about 145%, tensile strength; 2.2, tear strength; 1.2. When the proportion is 55%; elongation is about 140, tensile strength; 170, tear strength; 1.5. When the proportion is 60%; elongation is about 120, tensile strength; 185, tear strength; 1.8.

One of the factors affecting the slow rebound effect: the influence of POP (white oil)

POP (Y-7730)

When the POP (Y-7730) ratio is from 0% to 14%; 65% ILD is from 12 to 20, and SRT is 1.5.

POP (Y-7730) proportion is at 18%; 65% ILD is 20, SRT is 1.1.
