Build a new production workshop to promote business development

As the world’s leading manufacturer of silicone materials, Blue Star Silicones invested 15 million euros in 2016 in its historic St. Feng Factory built an elastomer production workshop, which fully reflects the spirit of challenging ourselves, pursuing innovation and product research and development. The main content of this investment is the construction of a new functional elastomer production workshop. The first phase of the project started production in September 2016.

Blue Star Silicone’s main purpose of building this production workshop is to improve elastomer productivity and quality levels, while increasing production capacity by 50%, so as to better serve value-added markets such as medical care, food and beverages, and aerospace.

In addition, the production workshop also uses a number of high-end technologies (such as operation automation) to create better working conditions for Blue Star Silicone employees.
