Preparation of antimony methanol_industrial additives

Overview[1]

Antimony methanol is an organometallic compound that can be used as a pharmaceutical synthesis intermediate.

Preparation[1]

Antimony methanol can be used to prepare an SCR (selective catalytic reduction) denitration catalyst, including: introducing vanadium precursor and antimony precursor into a slurry containing titanium dioxide precursor hydroxybutyl acrylate to prepare a mixed slurry, and roasting and mixing Serum. The titanium dioxide precursor may be titanium dioxide hydrate (TiO2(H2O)x), which is obtained by hydrolyzing titanium sulfate (TiO(SO4)). That is, titanium dioxide hydrate (TiO2(H2O)x) is obtained by hydrolyzing titanium sulfate (TiOSO4) solution in the process of preparing anatase titanium dioxide from ilmenite and raw stone according to the sulfate process. The slurry may be a mixture of titanium oxide precursors such as titanium dioxide hydrate (TiO2(H2O)) and water.

The vanadium precursor can be vanadium oxide (V2O5) or ammonium vanadate (NH4VO3). The antimony precursor can be antimony trichloride (SbCl3), antimony pentachloride (SbCl5), antimony acetate ((CH3C Huntsman metal complex dye O2)3Sb), antimony methanol (Sb(OCH3)3), or ethanol Antimony (Sb(OC2H5)3). However, the vanadium precursor and the antimony precursor are not limited to the listed materials, and any material soluble in the solvent used is suitable. The vanadium precursor is added so that the vanadium content in the final product is 0.5-3 wt%, and the antimony precursor is added so that the antimony content in the final product is 1-5 wt%. Can be fired at 500°C or lower. The SCR denitration catalyst includes titanium dioxide as a carrier supporter, vanadium as a catalytically active component, and antimony as a promoter. Vanadium can range from 0.5 to 3 wt% of the total weight, and antimony can range from 1 to 5 wt% of the total weight. The titanium dioxide may include anatase titanium dioxide. That is, the titanium dioxide may be all anatase titanium dioxide, or may mainly contain anatase titanium dioxide and partially contain rutile titanium dioxide. In the denitrification reduction method, an SCR denitrification catalyst is used to remove nitrogen oxides from a mixed gas containing nitrogen oxides at a temperature of ℃ or lower. In the denitrification reduction method, ammonia or hydrocarbon-based compounds can be used as reducing agents. At the same time, the SCR denitrification catalyst can be prepared from the SCR denitrification catalyst, and the SCR denitrification catalyst prepared by the SCR denitrification catalyst preparation method and the reductive denitrification method can remove nitrogen compounds from the mixed gas containing nitrogen compounds at ℃ or lower.
