The user configures the printing paste. The water-based color paste is added for coloring, the adhesive is added to improve the color fastness, and the thickener and water are added to adjust the thickness of the printing paste. Generally, for textile paint printing, medium-depth colors are required. The amount of water-based color paste added is about 2%, and the amount of binder added is generally about 20%. However, if the user purchases a low-concentration water-based color paste, its tinting strength will be affected. It will be relatively poor. To achieve the desired color, you can only increase the amount of color paste used, which will bring four obvious risks to the merchants:
Risk 1: If the amount of water-based color paste used exceeds 10%, the amount of adhesive must be increased accordingly, but the color fastness will also become worse due to oversaturation;
Risk 2: Using too much water-based color paste will lead to adding too much adhesive, and the feel and softness of the textile will become worse;
Risk three: The increase in the amount of water-based color paste and adhesive will lead to the instability of the entire printing paste system. More water and less pigment filling will easily lead to unstable physical phenomena such as separation and precipitation;
Risk 4: The increase in the amount of water-based color paste and adhesive will lead to a corresponding increase in aromatic amines in the pigment components and an increase in APEO in the adhesive.
