If the target cannot be reached, the initial bonding strength of the adhesive will be poor, making use difficult. In addition, general-purpose glue will produce crystals or flocs in winter and needs to be heated and melted before use, thus causing trouble to users. Through the improvement of the preparation method and the adjustment of the polyester polyol structure, the above problems have been solved, and a universal two-component polyurethane adhesive popular with users has been produced.
1. Preparation of component A glue solution by chain extension method
After vacuum dehydration treatment, the moisture content of polyadipic acid-ethylene glycol reaches less than 0.06%. The feeding amounts of TDI and polyester polyol can be calculated based on the molar ratio (R index) of toluene diisocyanate (80/20) and polyester polyol equal to 2.5. The reaction temperature of TDI and polyester polyol is 90-95°C, and the reaction time is 2 hours. According to the calculation, add ethylene glycol (diethylene glycol) chain extender and dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst to carry out the chain extension reaction to make the molecular weight (viscosity) is further increased, and the solvent addition amount and addition method are carried out with reference to the above preparation method. The viscosity index of the component A glue obtained by the chain extension method is stable, and the viscosity index of the component A glue can be controlled by adding the amount of chain extender (diethylene glycol).
2. Low temperature non-crystallizing component A glue
The component A glue prepared by using polyethylene glycol-propylene glycol instead of polyethylene glycol can be stored at room temperature and low temperatures around zero without the occurrence of crystals and flocs, and is anti-freeze and non-toxic. Will crystallize. The molar ratio of ethylene glycol to propylene glycol in polyester is 8:2 or 9:1.

1. Maintenance of machine tool guide rails

The two bonding surfaces of the plastic plate and the cast iron guide rail need to be coated with glue twice respectively. After the first application for 5 minutes, apply the second time. After 15-20 minutes, the glue layer becomes sticky and stringy, and then the plastic The plate and the guide rail are overlapped and pressurized by its own weight. Due to the large temperature difference between winter and summer, the plastic will expand or contract, causing internal stress and cracking. Therefore, the curing temperature is best kept between 20-25°C. Curing time 1-2 days.
2. Speaker bonding
The speaker vibration system, that is, the paper box, voice coil and positioning bracket, need to be bonded together. Especially when high-power speakers vibrate with large amplitudes, they must be firmly bonded because it is directly related to the service life of the speaker. Especially speakers with diameters above 100mm are bonded with polyurethane adhesive. Use Iron Anchor-101 polyurethane adhesive to mix the glue according to component A: component B = 100: 30-35 (mass parts), and the expected results can be achieved after use. For bonding the speaker voice coil, the glue is prepared with component A: component B = 100:25 (parts by mass).

3. Application in bristle brush products
Universal two-component polyurethane adhesive is ideal for bristle brushes. The bonding of bristle brushes is to bond the bristles (pig bristles or nylon bristles, etc.), wood chips (wood) and brush shells (tinplate). The surface is required to be sealed by 1-2mm, and the penetration is required to be 6-9mm. The formula of commonly used glue is: 100 parts of component A, 35 parts of component B, and 30 parts of talcum powder (≥160 mesh). Pour the prepared adhesive into the brush shell or use a bristle brush glue filling machine for potting. After potting, shake the brush head to make the adhesive even, and leave it until it dries and solidifies (not less than 24 hours after switching to bristle brushing). The bonding strength of the brush bristles after potting with this adhesive is greater than 130N, reaching the SG236-8l bristle paint brush standard (98N). If the bristles do not fall off or loosen after being soaked in acetone for 24 hours, it means that the glue meets the requirements.
4. Bonding and repair of high-pressure plastic air ducts
The steel wire binding machine is an imported piece of equipment, and the breakage of high-pressure plastic air ducts often causes equipment paralysis and affects production. The butt and socket composite joints designed with nylon casing can not only meet the pressure requirement of 0.8MPa, but also avoid the expansion problem of nylon casing. First, roughen the two ends of the nylon casing with a length of 100mm and an inner diameter of ∮2mm and the high-pressure plastic air duct with an inner wall of ∮12mm (outer diameter) (outer wall of 50mm in length) with emery cloth, clean it with acetone, and dry it before sticking. Iron Anchor-101 polyurethane adhesive is used. The glue is prepared according to component A: component B = 5:1 (mass parts).
