1. Liquid barium cadmium and liquid barium cadmiumZinc composite verification agent

This type of composite stabilizer is mainly used in the processing of soft PVC products. The basic components include:

(1) Barium salt – can be barium alkylphenol, barium 2-ethylhexanoate, barium laurate, benzoic acid and substituted barium benzoate, barium neodecanoate, etc. Barium salt accounts for 6-7% in the composite, that is, the ratio to cadmium salt is approximately 2:1-32 (in terms of metal, weight percentage, the same below).

(2) Cadmium salts – can be cadmium 2-ethylhexanoate, cadmium laurate, cadmium oleate, cadmium phenyl acid and substituted benzoate, cadmium naphthenate, cadmium neodecanoate, etc. Cadmium salts account for approximately 3-4% of the complex.

(3) Zinc salt – can be zinc 2-ethylhexanoate, zinc laurate, zinc naphthenate, zinc neodecanoate, benzoic acid and substituted zinc benzoate, etc. Zinc salts account for 0.5-1% of the complex.

(4) Phosphite – can be triphenyl phosphite, diphenyl-octyl phosphite, diphenyl-decyl phosphite, tris(nonylphenyl) phosphite, etc. Phosphite accounts for about 15-20% (weight) of the complex and is used as a chelating agent.

(5) Others – including small amounts of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, bisphenol A, nonylphenol and other phenolic antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers, as well as liquid paraffin, white oil, diesel, Mineral oils such as spindle oil are used as solvents, and a small amount of defoaming agents such as higher alcohols are also added.

Liquid barium cadmium zinc composite stabilizers have different properties due to their different compositions. But it is generally a light yellow to yellow clear liquid with a specific gravity of 0.95-1.02 at room temperature, a viscosity of less than 100 centipoise, and a freezing point of around -15°C. Liquid barium cadmium and liquid barium cadmium zinc are similar, both have excellent thermal and light stability, small initial coloration, good transparency and color stability. Their stabilizing effect is stronger than solid composite soaps, so the dosage can be reduced, usually 2-3 parts, and dust poisoning will not occur. They are completely dissolved in general plasticizers, have good dispersion, and have little tendency to precipitate. Among them, the initial coloration of liquid barium cadmium zinc is smaller than that of liquid barium cadmium.

2. Liquid barium zinc complex

It is generally a light yellow to yellow-brown oily liquid with a specific gravity of 1.0-1.1 at room temperature. It has good heat resistance and is not contaminated by sulfides. It can be used together with epoxy plasticizer to improve the stability effect. It has an effect on foaming agents. For activation.

3. Liquid Calcium Zinc Complex

The main ingredients of non-toxic liquid calcium zinc stabilizer are calcium stearate, calcium ricinoleate, zinc stearate, zinc ricinoleate, epoxidized soybean oil, ultraviolet absorber, etc. Liquid calcium and zinc stabilizers generally use lipid calcium salts and zinc salts with fewer carbon atoms that are more soluble in organic solvents.
