It can be widely used as an insulation medium for temperature resistance, arc corona resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and dust prevention in motors, electrical appliances, and electronic instruments. Currently, it is also used as an impregnant for transformers, capacitors, and scanning transformers in televisions. Used as a liquid shockproof and damping material in various precision machinery, instruments, and instruments. The shock-absorbing performance of 201 methyl silicone oil is less affected by temperature, and it is mostly used in instruments such as those in aircraft and automobiles that have strong mechanical vibrations and large environmental temperature changes.

Used as a defoamer

Due to its low surface tension and insoluble in water, dimethyl silicone oil has good chemical stability and is non-toxic in animal and vegetable oils, as well as high boiling mineral oils. It has been widely used as a defoamer in industries such as petroleum, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, food processing, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, etc. Only 10-100PPM of silicone oil needs to be added to have a good defoamer effect.

As a release agent

It is not sticky to rubber, plastic, metal, etc., and is also used as a release agent for various rubber and plastic products forming and processing, as well as in precision casting. Using it as a demolding agent not only facilitates demolding, but also makes the surface of the product clean, smooth, and with clear texture.

Apply insulation, dust and mold resistant coatings
