Method 1: Preparation of 5-amino-2-pyridinecarboxamide, which is prepared by hydrolysis reaction using 5-amino-pyridine-2-carbonitrile as raw material. The reaction equation is as follows:

The 5-nitropyridine-2-carboxamide of the crude product (about 23.8 mmol) was reduced to obtain the 5-amino-2-pyridine carboxamide product, which was purified by normal phase chromatography (eluent: dichloromethane/ Methanol (9:1), containing 1.5% concentrated ammonia).
