Delayed amine catalyst A-400 is a water-soluble tertiary amine composite catalyst used for molding polyurethane foam, which has delayed catalytic effect, and is specially designed for production of automobile seat cushion. Delayed amine catalyst A-400 can be metered separately by mixing with water or polyether polyol. It has good effect on lasting pouring time and increasing open hole foam structure. Delayed amine catalyst A-400 and delayed amine catalyst A-300 are both new types of delayed action catalysts.
