Four molding methods:
1： Injection molding
This method is often used by manufacturers. I don’t talk about it carefully.
2： Outward processing
First, put EVA raw materials into the extruder for heating and pressurization, and then extrude them with screws. So EVA molded products come out
3： Compression forming
This is one of the thermosetting plastic forming methods. First, the thermosetting resin is preheated and placed in the open mold cavity. After the mold is closed, heat and pressure are applied until the material hardens.
4： Hollow forming
The method is to first extrude the thermoplastics from the die head of the extruder to form a thin tube, which is called molding embryo. Then close the die, blow air and form.
Four methods can be used to prepare EVA for molding. In fact, each method has its own advantages and disadvantages.
