Introduction of hot pressed sponge

Introduction of hot pressed sponge
Hot pressing sponge and hot pressing molding are simple and common processing methods in the plastic processing industry. They mainly use heating to process the mold, inject the sample, fix the model on the heating plate with pressure, control the melting temperature and time of the sample, so as to achieve hardening and cooling after melting, and then take out the finished model.
1、 Hot pressing can be divided into vacuum forming and compression forming
Most of the compression molding is to place the plastic in the mold for heating and softening, and then apply pressure for molding. The hot pressing molding has the advantages of cheap mold and uniform thickness of finished products. Its products have been made from the early military map models and aircraft covers to the lining of refrigerator doors, car mudguards, car chassis, soft drinking cups, signboards, packaging materials and other products with uniform thickness!
2、 The more important characteristics of hot pressing materials are as follows:
(1) Plastic memory: It can make the plastic become rubber after heating, and it is an important characteristic of materials to closely fit on the mold. Because of this feature, the products with poor molding can be heated outside the mold to restore the original flat shape.
(2) Thermal strength and thermal elongation!
3、 Precautions:
Special attention shall be paid to plastic materials during hot pressing. Some plastic materials will produce internal plastic memory stress during forming and cannot obtain ideal products. Therefore, the molding temperature and pressure have certain limits. In addition, in the hot pressing process, there will also be a certain degree of extension, so when selecting materials, attention must be paid to their forming temperature. When hot pressing, it is better to operate in a small range of time and temperature.
