Application of triisopropanolamine in cement concrete_Industrial additives

Triisopropanolamine was mainly used in the fields of petrochemicals and daily chemicals in the early days. It is also a new cement grinding aid raw material and has the characteristics of improving the 28-day compressive strength of cement [1]. Replacing inorganic salt enhancers with harmless organic compounds is an urgent need in technology and industry. This article applies the above characteristics of triisopropanolamine to study the law of triisopropanolamine affecting the performance of cement concrete and the methods or processes to improve the effect of triisopropanolamine, and develops the application technology of triisopropanolamine to improve the performance of cement concrete. .

1 Experiment

Using the same cement, sand, stone, water and water reducing agent, the concrete mixed with triisopropanolamine and the blank concrete without triisopropanolamine were compared under the same mix ratio, and the effect of adding triisopropanolamine was analyzed. The effect of propanolamine on the working performance and compressive strength of concrete; using the same cement, sand, stone, water and superplasticizer, reducing the amount of cement and adding isopropanolamine versus not adding isopropanolamine Compare the blank concrete and analyze the impact of adding isopropanolamine on the working performance and compressive strength of concrete, so as to reduce the cost of concrete while ensuring the performance of concrete.

As early as 2012, the report released by the National Commercial Concrete Annual Conference had identified the direction of green and low-carbon development of ready-mixed concrete. One of the two established directions was to carry out research and application around improving the service life of concrete projects [5], and Reducing cement consumption is a direct and effective method.

2 Test results

1) After adding triisopropanolamine, the working performance of concrete is improved.
2) Adding triisopropanolamine can increase the compressive strength of cement concrete by 15% to 30%.
3) Triisopropanolamine can be used together with some high-efficiency water-reducing agents used in ready-mixed concrete, such as polyether polycarboxylate water-reducing agents, and can reduce the amount of cement by 10% to 15%, taking C30 concrete as an example , it can reduce the cement consumption by 30~45 kg/m3, and can reduce the cost of ready-mixed concrete by 5~10 yuan/m3 based on raw material cost, which has good economic benefits.
4) Incorporating triisopropanolamine into concrete improves resource utilization efficiency while reducing carbon emissions and oxide emissions from cement production. It is a potential technology to promote the green and low-carbon development of cement concrete and has significant social benefits. .
