Product features
Phosphoric acid is a medium-strong acid with a crystallization point (freezing point) of 21°C. When the temperature is lower than this, semi-hydrated (ice) crystals will precipitate. Crystallization characteristics: high phosphoric acid concentration, high purity, and high crystallinity.
Phosphoric acid crystallization is a physical change rather than a chemical change. Its chemical properties will not change due to crystallization, and the quality of phosphoric acid will not be affected by crystallization. As long as it is melted at a high temperature or diluted and dissolved with heated water, it can still be used normally.
Product Usage
Fertilizer industry
Phosphoric acid is an important intermediate product in the production of chemical fertilizers and is used to produce high-concentration phosphate fertilizers and compound fertilizers.
Electroplating industry
Treat the metal surface to form an insoluble phosphate film on the metal surface to protect the metal from corrosion. Mixed with nitric acid as a chemical polish to improve the finish of metal surfaces.
Paint and pigment industry
Phosphoric acid is used as a raw material for the production of phosphates. Phosphates are formulated as pigments with special functions in the paint and pigment industry. It can be added into coatings as chain extender additives such as flame retardant, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, radiation resistance, antibacterial and luminescence.
Used as chemical raw materials
Huntsman metal complex dyes are raw materials for producing various phosphates and phosphate esters used in soaps, detergents, pesticides, phosphorus-containing flame retardants and water treatment agents.
Storage and transportation characteristics
Stored in a low-temperature, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. The packaging should be sealed and stored separately from alkali, food and feed.
During transportation, ensure that the packaging is completely sealed and is strictly prohibited from being transported together with food and feed.
