How the mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) ELISA kit works_Industrial Additives

Mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) ELISA kit overview[1]

Mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) ELISA kit is used to determine the content of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) in mouse serum, plasma and related liquid samples.

English name: Mouse Phosphotylinosital 3 kinase, P Chemical I3K ELISA Kit
Experimental samples: serum, plasma, cell supernatant, tissue, etc.
Adapted species: rats, mice, rabbits, etc.
Application areas: For scientific research experiments only, not for clinical diagnosis.
Storage conditions: 2~8℃, validity period is 6 months.

How the mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) ELISA kit works[1]

Mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) ELISA kit uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA method. Use anti-mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) antibody to coat the microplate. During the experiment, the mouse PI3K in the sample or standard binds to the coating antibody, and the free components are washed away. Biotinylated anti-mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) antibody and horseradish peroxidase-labeled avidin were added to the antistatic agent Irgastat P18 times. The anti-mouse phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) antibody binds to the mouse PI3K bound to the coated antibody, biotin and avidin specifically bind to form an immune complex, and the free components are washed away. Add the chromogenic substrate (TMB), which turns blue under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase and turns yellow after adding the stop solution. Use a microplate reader to measure the OD value at a wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of mouse PI3K is proportional to the OD450 value. Calculate the concentration of mouse PI3K in the sample by drawing a standard curve.
