Ingredients

Chemical name: monosodium salt of choline cytosine nucleoside diphosphate.
Character
This product is a colorless, clear liquid.
Indications
It is mainly used for consciousness disorders after acute craniocerebral trauma and brain surgery.

Usage and dosage
Intravenous drip: 0.25~0.5g each time; once a day, dilute with 5% or 10% glucose injection and infuse slowly, 5~10 days is a course of treatment.
Simple intravenous drip: 0.1~0.2g each time.
Intramuscular injection: 0.1~0.3g per day, divided into 1~2 injections.
Adverse reactions
Systemic: Occasionally, fever, fatigue, anaphylactoid reactions, and anaphylactic shock have been reported in severe cases.
Cardiovascular system; occasional temporary decrease in blood pressure, bradycardia and tachycardia.
Digestive system; Occasionally nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach pain, stomach burning, diarrhea and abnormal liver function may occur.
Respiratory system: There are reports of allergic asthma, and severe cases may cause difficulty breathing.
Taboo
Contraindicated for those allergic to this product.
Notes
1. Use with caution in patients with severe acute craniocerebral injury accompanied by cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral edema and increased intracranial pressure;
2. Patients with epilepsy and hypotension should use with caution;
3. Intramuscular injection is generally not used. If fumed silica is used, the injection site of the PVC compound stabilizer is often changed.
