The function and usage of superphosphate_Industrial additives

Superphosphate, also called superphosphate, or superphosphate for short. It is the first phosphate fertilizer produced in the world and is also a phosphate fertilizer commonly used in my country. The available phosphorus content of superphosphate varies greatly, generally between 12% and 21%. Pure superphosphate is dark gray or off-white powder, slightly sour, easy to absorb moisture, easy to agglomerate, and corrosive. After being dissolved in water (the insoluble part is gypsum, accounting for about 40% to 50%), it becomes an acidic quick-acting phosphate fertilizer.

Usage

Superphosphate is suitable for a variety of crops and a variety of soils. It can be applied to neutral and calcareous phosphorus-deficient soils to prevent fixation. It can be used as base fertilizer, top dressing, seed fertilizer and root top dressing.

When superphosphate is used as base fertilizer, for soil lacking available phosphorus, the application rate per mu can be about 50kg. Sprinkle half of it evenly before cultivating the land and combine it with the cultivated land as the base fertilizer. Before sowing, sprinkle the other half evenly, and combine it with soil preparation to apply phosphorus in layers. In this way, the fertilizer effect of superphosphate is better, and the utilization rate of its active ingredients is also high. If mixed with organic fertilizer as base fertilizer, the application rate of superphosphate per acre should be about 20-25kg. Concentrated application methods such as ditch application and hole application can also be used.

Precautions for use

1 It cannot be mixed with alkaline fertilizers to prevent acid-base neutralization and reduce fertilizer efficiency.

2 It is mainly used in phosphorus-deficient plots to help maximize the yield-increasing potential of phosphate fertilizers.

3 When applying superphosphate, the amount must be appropriate. If a large amount of superphosphate is applied year after year, the effect of phosphate fertilizer will be reduced.

4 Superphosphate must be crushed and sieved when used, otherwise it will affect the uniformity and affect the effectiveness of the fertilizer.

The role of superphosphate

Supply plants with phosphorus, calcium, sulfur and other elements, and have the effect of improving alkaline soil. It can be used as base fertilizer, root top dressing and foliar spraying. Mixed with nitrogen fertilizer, it can fix nitrogen and reduce nitrogen loss. It can promote the germination, root growth, branching, fruiting and maturity of plants, and can be used as a raw material for the production of compound fertilizers.

Benefits of applying fermented superphosphate and organic fertilizer together:

1 It can reduce the contact between superphosphate and soil, effectively preventing soluble phosphorus from turning into insoluble phosphorus and reducing fertilizer efficiency.

2 Superphosphate and organic fertilizer are mixed into the soil to form loose clumps. Water can easily penetrate and dissolve soluble phosphorus. The root acid secreted by plant root tips and organic fertilizer slowly act on the insoluble calcium carbonate at the same time. , and can gradually dissolve calcium carbonate, thereby further improving the utilization rate of phosphorus in superphosphate.

3 When superphosphate is mixed with organic fertilizer, it can also change single fertilization into compound fertilization, which increases the types of elements applied to plants and promotes the absorption and utilization of phosphorus by plants, which better meets the nutritional needs of crops.

4 After superphosphate and organic fertilizer are mixed into the soil, it can avoid the high phosphorus concentration in the soil that affects the normal life and activities of microorganisms in the soil after conventional phosphorus application, and protect the activity of the soil.

The two are used together, and the effect is good. When using the same pigment carbon black, you can also add Xinxing plant probiotic nutrient solution to the fermented organic fertilizer, and then further regulate the soil through microorganisms, increase soil fertility, and make the soil more beautiful. Loose and breathable, retaining fertilizer and water. Enhance the reproduction of beneficial microorganisms, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and improve the disease resistance of fruit trees.

Notes

Superphosphate is a low-toxic product. A small number of people who come into contact with it will develop dermatitis, rash, burning sensation and itching, facial skin edema, eye burning and tearing. These symptoms will disappear soon after stopping contact; Superphosphate dust If it falls into the eyes, it will cause severe irritation of the conjunctiva, edema of the eyes and face, corneal opacity, and sometimes even corneal perforation and iris prolapse.

Poisoning treatment methods

1. Skin contact: Take off contaminated clothing and rinse with plenty of running water;

2. Eye contact: Immediately lift your eyelids, rinse thoroughly with plenty of running water or saline for at least 15 minutes, and seek medical attention;

3. Inhalation: Leave the scene and go to a place with fresh air and antioxidants. If you have difficulty breathing, give oxygen and seek medical attention;

4. Ingestion: Drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
