Usage and dosage of phoxim for different crops_Industrial additives

When phoxim is used on different crops, the dosage is also different. The methods of using it on different plants and chain extenders and some matters we should pay attention to during use.
Phim EC has strong contact and gastric poisoning effects on pests, and has special effects on lepidopteran larvae. Can be used to control underground pests, leaf-eating pests, storage pests and hygiene pests.
1. For vegetable pests, to control cabbage caterpillars, thrips, whiteflies and tobacco caterpillars, spray with 40% phoxim EC 1000-1500 times.
2. To prevent cotton pests, such as cotton aphids, cotton bollworms, pink bollworms, etc., use 50-100 ml of 40% phoxim EC per acre, mixed with water and spray.
3. For fruit tree pests, to control aphids, mites, and heartworms, use 75-100 ml of 40% phoxim EC mixed with arsenopyrite.
4. To control corn pests, such as corn borers, use 75-100 ml of 40% phosphorus emulsifiable concentrate mixed with arsenopyrite per acre.

Pay attention to the following when using it
Phim is easy to decompose in the sun, so field spraying should be carried out in the evening and stored in a dark place.
Cucumbers, antioxidant 1010 beans, sugar beets and sorghum are sensitive to phoxim and are prone to phytotoxicity, so be careful when using them.
Do not mix with alkaline pesticides, and the liquid should be prepared as needed. This product can replace the highly toxic and high-residue pesticides carbofuran, monocrotophos, phorate, and isosaphos-methyl, etc.

Mixed use with other pesticides Thion is widely mixed with other pesticides. Mixed with pyrethrins, it has a synergistic effect. The mixed varieties mainly include fenvalerate, deltamethrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, etc., which are used to control cotton and vegetables. , pests on fruit trees and other crops. Mixed with avermectin, it is used to control vegetable pests; mixed with chlorpyrifos, methomyl, trichlorfon, etc., used to control cotton pests.

Toxicity According to my country’s pesticide toxicity classification standards, phoxim is a low-toxic pesticide. Acute oral LD50 in rats is >2g/kg. Rat acute transdermal LD50 >5000μg/kg. No irritation to rabbits and skin. Rats acutely inhale LC50 (4 hours)>4.0mg/L air (aerosol). No-effect dose in feeding test: 15 mg/kg feed for rats (2 years), 1 mg/kg feed for mice (2 years); 0.3 mg/kg feed for male dogs (1 year), 0.1 mg/kg feed for female dogs (1 year) kg feed. The ADI for humans is 0.001mg/kg body weight. The LD50 of hens is 40mg/kg. Fish poison LC50 (96 hours): rainbow trout 0.53 mg/L, blue gill 0.22 mg/L. Toxic by contact and inhalation. Daphnia LC50 (48 hours) 0.00081mg/L (80% premix).
