Perfume Ingredients (4)-Cosmetic Silicone Oil Manufacturer

Enhancing and immobilizing fragrance ingredients often results in lower concentrations of fragrance being used in the final formulation. Due to the interaction between the perfume ingredients in the perfume composition and with the formulation matrix itself, the effect of sensiva SC 50 must be tested on a case-by-case basis.

Natisol from Sinergais is a lipoamino acid acidic ecological solubilizer derived from coconut fatty acids and proline. It is particularly suitable for dissolving essential oils and essences used in toiletries and perfumes, as it replaces the ethoxylated surfactants commonly used in cosmetics.

It is recommended to formulate clear personal care products, especially makeup removers and micellar water, as toxicity testing shows that it is non-irritating to human corneal epithelium.

Natisol completely dissolves essential oils, creating a perfectly clear solution. Since each essential oil behaves differently when added to water, the (E.O.):(Natisol) ratio depends on the composition of the essential oil.

To achieve greater clarity in the finished product, occasionally adding 0.5% to 1% salt (NaCl) to the aqueous phase may help increase the solubilizing power of Natisol.
For example, for lavender, which is difficult to dissolve in the water phase, there are two possibilities: Natisol and Natisol + NaCl 1%.

Natisol can even be used to enhance flavor. In this case, sodium chloride helps to obtain a clear solution so that the amount of Natisol remains constant.
